Initiated in 2012 with five countries, the Europeans Days of Arts and Crafts are spreading their European standing and count, under the French impulse, ten participating countries.

Ten countries are simultaneously, from April, 5th to 7th 2013, staging and honoring the richness of the arts and crafts.

During 3 days, the city of Geneva is going to celebrate the diversity of its crafts in a dozen of cultural places (theater, opera or museums). Three major events will take place in the province of Liege.

As part for the Spanish, they are mobilizing thirteen regions. The works of the winners from a prestigious contest in Berlin will be exhibited in Paris, in the Viaduc des Arts (12th arrondissement), Latvia, around the event Meet your craftsman, will invite the public to meet its artistic craftsmen.

The Lombard and Tuscan savoir-faire sharer, following the success of the 2012 edition, will invested again emblematic cultural spaces with prestigious events: The SuperStudio 13 in Milan, the Exposition “The Time” according to Alessandro Mendini, in collaboration with a dozen of craftsmen, created by the Cologni Foundation or the launching evening in the medieval town of Anghiari in Toscana, in association with the art schools of the city.

The city of London will stage for the first time an exhibition on the excellence of the English savoir-faire in the Somerset House. Crafted: Makers of the Exceptional, highlights the creators mentored by the personal support program of the Walpole British Luxury and will plunge the visitor in the atmosphere of the creation studios.

Then, Portugal will present the craftsmen of Coimbra and for its first participation, Hungary, is already announcing a strong participation of its craftsmen.
